Hey-
He still owes us money as well; we were a very small company where 10K was a big deal and still is; depended on it to pay payroll taxes and we are still paying monthly for what we didn't get and then a whole lot more. We hired a NY lawyer but, he's no longer in NY....she's still working on it for us. Unfortunately, wherever he is he likely has no money, assets or a conscience. What kills me is that he got his money up front from a factoring company and held ours for Net 90. Perhaps we should figure out a group reward for his whereabouts just to make his life a bit more miseable than I already hope it is. In this industry you work hard, sacrifice a whole lot and expect to be paid.
