Has anyone used this watchtower program yet? comcast started this new program about 3 months ago and it exposed just about everyone of there systems they use this percentage tool on nodes and areas to calculate plant integrity the higher the percentage the better the integrity its good for us maint tech in way for troubleshooting but a nightmare on the other hand because they dont let you breath the numbers change so fast.It lets you know when you have noise and helps you find major plant faults that can be customer impacting if anyone out there has used it  lI would like to hear what you think and if you understand how they get these numbers because no one seems to know
