I agree, Direct has the best hardware in the biz. and the line up is great. Their down fall is the installation process. Mastec seems like they purposely hire morons. Im amazed at the crap that goes on. I found a set of dishes mounted on a fence the other day. Not the post mind you but the fence slats. A brand new fence at that. And in a neighborhood w/ a HOS
and at least $400,000 houses. I would say direct is the best for the buck but be prepared to reschedule the install date. If the guy shows up and is an obvious a hole send him packing.
