Average Sub Pricing for Post/Pre Wiring

Can someone inform me of reasonable sub pricing for Post/Pre Wiring. This would consist of 1099 work, with materials included by Prime. This would also include wall fish work and additional outlets for residential homes, some mdu work. This is on the Time Warner System, upgrading out of date wired homes and MDU.
