Damn Saber, you in Tulsa?? I did a lot of extension and rebuild in Tulsa, aerial and UG..some of the roughest easement I've been in outside of Sarasota....up and down hills through trees, rocks, dogs that will eat your ass, ugly indian women with taco skillets, mean drunks and just downrite nasty people.. on & on..Rocky as hell too. I was glad to finish that up and move on..never bid it again..Cox couldn't afford the 50.00 a foot bid package just for showing up.
