I would say if there is work you should find a sweep crew and offer to do end of lines. You will probably make around 400-500 a week on a good project. That will be for a few months then progress into splicing/ troubleshooting skills this is where the learning curve just begins. Good luck there is an abundance of tech's now because work is slow you may be better off getting on a splicing project as a helper and then becoming a tapper.
