Why is it that in California: An injured lineman brother of mine can legally have weed prescribed for his back injury and have same weed paid for by the California workman's comp insurance. But if you are caught with same kill-bud in the State of Mississippi you can be sent to chop weeds off the side of the road for the Mississippi State Penitentiary. What the fuck is going on in this country.
