Re: source broadband of cincinatti

I would stay away. THEY ARE A JOKE I started with Worldbridge Broadband Services in Cincinnati back in 2001 which was bought by C-Cor a few years later then purchased by Source Broadband in 2008. It used to be a great company to work for before it became "Source Broadband" You will get paid decent, on time and get pretty good routes. But I can promise you a few things. They will not stick up for you when it comes to the MSO, you are just a warm body to run a route, you will not get support from your supervisor(s), they will take you out just like the trash when they feel they are done with you. Their warehouse is a joke, they constantly run out of material and expect you to "make it work", you will get billed for equipment that you never had on your truck. I helped build that project to where it is today. I started as an installer and worked my way to Project Manager. I worked 60-75 hour weeks for 6 years straight and all I got in return was 2 weeks severance pay and no good reason for losing my job. I can say one thing though...losing that job was an eye-opening experience, I now have a great job as an in-house installer for another MSO besides Time Weiner. You want to know anymore about this poor excuse for a contractor hit me up with a private message.
