I have to admit I don't know this guy or co, however any good buisness should have an emergency operating fund just to pay those for the work completed even if they've not yet recieved payment, it's the sub-con responsibility to pay their techs, not dtv & the sub-con should have to fight dtv for $ due( however i feel w/ proper documentation no one should have to fight for their $ sub-cons or indy-cons), case in point there is one co ( even though the owner & I had issues) they kept op funds on hand & when the gas $'s went outta sight he kept his $'s the same & tried to help his guys out , that co is Modern Day. Some buisness owners have buisness sense others just have a good enough credit score to borrow $ to start a co, that is why most small buisnesses are expected to not turn a profit for the first 5 years( that info comes from the SBA(small buisness admin).
