Speed, ATC, back in the 80's was building Memphis, strand crew popped the strand up into power, welded to it, back fed down the neturals and wiped a three block area out..primary backfed into meters on houses blowing them off like firecrackers, blew TV's, refrig. AC's etc..cost ATC a fortune when finished..Don't know why the primary fuse didn't blow..guess not enough constant draw..
