Go do storm work, what makes you think you could get a contract over an established contractor like Cable Net. go do some storm work get some exp and make some money, maybe contacts, if you can keep your mouth shut, Do you honestly think you can just pick up a contract that easy, if you read the answers people have given you, you would understand it takes more than talk to get it, alot of money, to get started, you would have to wait probably a minimum of 90 days for first check, how you gonna pay your guys, gas, hotels, insurance, do you even know what you would charge per drop? or is that gonna be your next ignorant post,   simple answer is you can't do it! you'll be lucky to get hired on with a contractor that gets it,
