I assume your talking about a 3.8m dish are so and not a little dish network dish right. I have never seen it on a large dish except when snow are ice gets on the dish. Sometimes you can get ice forming at night in the lower lip that will cause the dish to sag. Can you give more detail, what size dish, times, and symptoms.
