No a** wipe, I grew up in the business from the ground up..the rank is grunt, lineman, foreman (Strand) foreman (Cable) trunk and feeder, general foreman then supervisior, next step is Proj. Manager..I didn't progress from a dispatcher to a supervisor..that's what's wrong with you MSO's..they take a wanna be dummy and make him a supervisor..do you really think you can tell a lineman how to build plant?? They would wipe the ground up with you trying to tell them how to build cable..get about 30 yrs. in it, then come back and talk to me..until then STFU.
