Trilithic has been around for sometime now and more well known. Sleuth is a newer unit and alot easier to use.  Been know to find leaks quite easly without any issues and puts me right on top of it.  Even tells you how much of a leak you are looking at.  Hell, I have found leaks that are 2600umv leaks.  Trilithic just swings a needle over.
