LOL You really are f#cking stupid.  I worked from coast to coast.  I have been in all types of weather.  Doesn't affect me.  I was once a "tech"  but worked my way up to something better.  Like running my own business.  As far as the people that know how to do it you need to define that.  I don't know everything that is why there are people for every role in this business.  They rely on each other for the next job.  With the U/G and Cable Dawgs my business would be bust.  I don't try to tell them how to do it they don't tell me how to do my job.  So before you start "trying" to insult someone read their profile and see what they do.  Or are you so stupid and small minded not only can you not write but you cann't read either?  And you want to talk about respect lol do some real work and you might get respect.  Till then..... You know your role answer the radio and spit out the directions. LOL.
