Re: Splice/Sweep Training?

You have to start at the bottom, and work your way up.  The splice companies will hire you, and train you to splice first, and sweep later, if you hang around long enough.   It is hard to keep steady work sweeping and doing ingress right now, and the pay is going downwards.   Be ready to travel a lot, and spend most of your time in hotels, trying to deal with harder specs and less money.   Good luck to you......
