my idea of stimulous would be to take the bailout money and divide it between all the taxpayers that make under 100,000.00$.  just an opinion of an undereducated lineman.it may have a negitive affect .allot of people would probally quit their jobs, but atleast they would be spending $.god forbid they give poor people a nice chunk of change and a chance.
