I don't mean to sound too sarcastic but usually splicing follows construction, generally hand and hand. Maybe I have misinterpreted the ?. After mastec did their share of upgrade when it was at the time I believe ATT. airo has been doing maintenance and plant extensions for the last few years. It is my understanding that recently ccg has picked up some of that maintenance however I do not know these guys personally and can't elaborate on details but traditionally in a system the size of j-ville your company is capable of and expected to start and finish all jobs.. Primarily to isolate responsibility.
