Thats I tuff one. I mean I get where Radioman is comming from, but here a scenario for you. My Dad started out contracting and went in house. Did pertty good too. He made it to actually be the Supervisor of all the Contracting Co in the county. Well Yesterday and  kidd you not. Comcast put him and his whole departmant out on the street. So you have to say to your self why go in house as kiss everones ass to get somewhere and once your get to the top you get knocked right off back to where you started, and i dont mean back to low man, I mean out on the street with nouthing.
