You can't 4 years is not long at all, being a dispatcher does not count,(ussually a womans job) and if your guys were reliable it would not be 2 or 3, it would be 1 or the other, and one must assume they have less exp than you, there are people out here been doing this 20 plus years that are sitting home rite now, plus you need deep pockets, lots of insurance, tools, trucks, there are established companys looking for that work, Just look under classifieds, then seeking work, nice to have a dream, but this is not it, not now, maybe 20 years ago when there were smaller cable companies, but not now, just be happy if you can be a sub and stay busy, Good Luck!
