RWL is on Limbus Ave -off Whitfield near 301. Fios is beat, even drops and construction still frozen- the contractor is Storm -off 49th st & 301. Sarasota is slow slow slow- my friends there haven't seen a grand in months. Good luck, I'd suggest doing something else. Maybe dish is ok, i dunno. Or try cable in St. Pete, should be a bit steadier.
