 You work for a Contractor right? therefore he is the one making you adhere to the cable companies policies because if he doesn't he will lose his contract. So in short you are NOT an employee of the cable company but an employee of the contract company you work for. If your boss signed a contract agreeing to all the cable companies policies and procedures then you can go B.itch to him.
