Anything funny with Joe Biden?

I have been watching the news and reading on the internet how Obama gets aggravated with Biden.  From what I have seen Biden speaks freely at times and lets the cat out of the bag. For example during the campaign Biden spoke out about how he and Obama will be tested their first 90days in office. Obama didnt like that Biden said that.  Is Biden being hinest and wanting to tell us people more than what is being said?  Does Biden truely have some hidden secrets that Obama is hiding?  It makes me wonder.
