Without knowing your exact setup,I know several guys here in Florida that were subs and were told that they had to become contract employees,both have quit after giving it a try,they got trucks issued to them,they still had to supply their own gas,tools and so on.They said they were making about 8 or 9 dollars an hour after their new pay structure(Of course they had to take a pay cut because of company issued trucks they were forced to use)And were told as a contract employee they could still be back charged.
