Those concerned need to get the medical records immediately before they're destroyed or revised. About 100,000 folks die bcz of malpractice at hospitals a year, that's just the ones that are known/recorded excluding the after thoughts. My brother's mother in-law checked in with internal bleeding, bcz the 2 shift nurses, supposedly couldn't read the doctors scribbling(so was the excuse) she was dead within 24 hours at 58, to a tune of 300 grand, that wouldn't/couldn't touch the next 20 years she was probably capable of, to the enjoyment of her grand and great-grand kids. Do the justice,deserved.
