I think you said it like crap to be honest. (with the big fonts and all) So they made a mistake on the price they paid per sub and have been trying to dig out of it ever since. They had a vision that was a little ahead of the times. They have actually stayed afloat a long time for what they are up against.
I have worked with them in multiple markets and have had nothing but great experience with them. Sure you run into a jerk off once in a while but I would imagine you can find those any where.
Do your work correct the first time and they seem to be happy...
Just burns me when I see people with out biz experience bitch about how a company runs. Shit do some research before you jump on the band wagon.
