i had the honor to work with fred in new hampshire (rebuild in the winter time),, i still remember his explaination of running conduit on his cable trailer to protect the taillight system wires from the gremlins,, fred was a high energy guy with great knowledge of cable,, my deepest sympathys for the dickow family, he sure will be missed by many,
