Tell you the truth, I have been on both sides of the fence.  My last job was in-house.  I just relocated back to Va from NC.  I thought I had a job here and found outI was wrong.  The guy I was supposed to work for backed out.  And that was for a contract job.  I then tryed in-house agian.  Same ASS routine.  Nedd you to take a test and has nothing to do with the job at hand.  The exact same way as circuit city and you see where that got them.
