Well Carol(the owner) doesn't hold retainers mr liquidcoool, not sure where you got that info from....but she's a trip. When things were going right, everything was cool, then as soon as sh*t started to sour and go down hill, her true side came out. Shes in it all for herself and she has no respect for her techs. She doesn't know how to talk to people either. But you never know maybe things have changed, but i wouldn't bet my life on it. But do watch and make copies of your invoices cause you will get got.
