When you cannot run a second line to a DVR run a temporary jumper from another active outlet  in the house or the ground block then the DVR has 2 lines and will activate. If you have to rob one from another receiver just call back and resend auth. after DVR. When the weather is bad and 99 and 103 are failing go in the menu change the dish to oval 3 and it should pass and activate. After it is active you should be able to switch it back and pick up HD.....
