Service calls ??? it gets way better than that my friend.
Comcast's system works as such. Last contractor out there wether they did an AO seperate trip, or simply a trap removal gets hit as a back charge for any service calls for a certain period of time after they were there. So when that CDV self install goes bad and the sub calls in it counts against the installers #'s and a back charge is automatically generated by the system. If the prime doesnt catch it or does not have the stones to investigate and fight it you are SOL.
