Try rotating the LNB.  You need to line up the "cross hairs".  Those satellites don't use the newer circular polorazion, they use either Horizontal or Vertical.  So by rotating the LNB you will align the signals up and you will receive a better picture.  You will also notice an increase in signal strength on your meter
