I have done loads of DTV work there. Local population is friendly. More police officers on the streets than anywhere I've ever been but they are friendly and don't harass visitors (in my experience). Lots of work when I was there but it is HOT HOT HOT in the summer and rains almost every afternoon. Loved it down there
