Getting into dtv

Unfortualy, I am not able find cable work in Lynchburg or Roanoke Va.  So I have decide to try the satelite deal.  It has been a along time since I did satelite.  Does anybody know the going rate for installs?  I was talking to Ironwood(180connect) out of roanoke.  They are paying $25 for one reciever and 15 per outlet w/reciever.  Is this average or is it getting bent over and raped?
