Northern Midwest Slowdown

 Is there any truth on the Maspro tap swap out for Comcast on hold till the second quarter? This was slated to start first quarter a continuation from last falls project. I know the tap swap has been going on in there systems all over. I was involved with the Minn. project and was wondering if there was any word on when this would start back up?
