In order to get Crack-to-English .... you first have to run it thru the EBonics filter. So it would be Crack-to-EBonics-to-English. It's hard on the EBonics filter to crunch the numbers like that, but should run relatively smooth if you use a Cray Super-Computer. If you try it on a normal PC ...forget it. The PC will get infected, you start smoking crack, and you end up selling off the PC to supply your new habit.
Meth-to-English is not possible. Too many filters in play there: Meth-to-ADHD filter-to-SloMo filter-to-Focus filter-to-5th grade translator-to-English. Currently there is no technology in place to handle that kind of work so normal people can comprehend what is trying to be communicated.
I'd be happy with a simple Drunk-to-English translation. It's a good starting point
