Ya but without rookies who's gonna carry on your trade, you need to share your wealth of knowledge,when you retire you take all that knowledge with you, I'm sure it's gonna take about 50 to try to get one that will actually be able to do that type of work, It takes a special breed, kinda like fire fighters, a little crazy, Risk taker, with no fear, But at least try to give some one credit for trying to do, what you know is very hard and dangerous, You'd never catch me trying to do it, (I know I'm a puss) but I'll stick to interior with my feet on the ground in a hot MILF'S house, And let me be clear I'am not trying to pi$$ any one off.
