Contracting what? Cable?  There is a contractor in Pine Bluff.  Not for sure on the name, but contact the local cable company and they will get you in touch with them.  Small town, small time, don't mind sharing info.  If it's Satellite, you probably can contact Directv out of Little Rock and they can direct you.  Starr City is ran out of Pine Bluff.  I don't believe there are any contractors, but might could work for one out of Little Rock.  Don't know anything about Dish in that area.  But no area is too small for installs, you just may do 200 mile round trips daily.
