Job postings on the Bar

Maybe someone can explain why a company would pay to list a job on this site and not even acknowlege a responce to the add? Case in point, The coax splicing job in Georgia. I called to request some imformation on the posting, got a voice mail then left a breif message explaining that I have 17 years of expierance and would be interested in talking to someone about the job. I left my name my number and asked for them to please call me. The next day after no responce, I called again only to receive the same voice mail. I understand that this guy is probably flooded with calls, but what ever happened to professional courtesy with a simple return call, stating the job has been filled or we have received so many calls we havent made a decision yet?
