Yeah Mc..Last time I was around Charlie was in Morganton NC..we did a job there for Burke Cable owned by Alvin..only there for a short time..the system was a hack job so Alvin could satisfy his investors..worst shit cable and splicing I have ever seen anywhere..It was a showcase system on everything you "DON'T" do when building CATV, aerial and underground..Don't think they had a person on the job that wasn't a full blown druggie/alkie...Charlie was doing UG for Alvin..running his in house crews..WAF Joke that was..Charlie tried to do it right but Alvin would over ride him and screw everything up..cable on top of the ground..6" deep etc..WAF mess..we left, after we figured out what was happening, didn't need that following us around..
