Re: Non Competion provisions

I've worked in several cities where two competing cable sysems were on the same pole and peds right next to each other. Both using Alpha power supplies, same SA actives, sometimes the same taps. Guess that non compete only applies to the little guy trying to make a living and not the huge corporations making millions.
