They dont want you to be experienced . If your good at your job and dont fail qc's and dont get service calls on your work it eats into there profits margins, and the owners of most contract installer companies bank on you being an inexperienced tech who is going rto fail for his profit,,,,well at least untikll he fires you and starts over with a new inexperienced tech.....which he will do often.
