1st and foremost you gotta go get a bunch if mexicans and get them illegal ID's then you put them up about 6 to a hotel room with some cheap walmart buzzlight year sleeping bags and pay them 5 dollars an hour and then you get some shovels and let them work about 12hours a day and you might come home with about 1000 per week with about 5 crews working.  Im being a smart as$  honestly its not worth it and you wont make any money at it.  They dont wanna pay on time and they dont wanna  pay for everything they ask and they will redesign what you have already placed into the ground. Dont it the safe way and become a sub thats working for Verizon.
