New Classic, now with more Classicy Goodness

The Forum Style setting under Account Options now has 4 settings:

  1. Automatic (default) - setting chosen by browser capability
  2. Classic - PRELOADS and displays all messages in threads, split screen
  3. Split Screen Dynamic - split screen but dynamically loads messages for threads (same as old "Classic")
  4. Full Screen Dynamic - "New" style
This new "Classic" is, I think, what more were expecting from "Classic". I also idiot-proofed the setting as a single drop-down choice so there should be fewer problems getting it to work. If there are any suggestions then please let me know. If anyone has a problem with setting it then pm me and I'll set it for your account.
