Seeking work ads should go through checkout now. The valid credit card is required because we know some people will just create a bunch of fake accounts to spam ads and abuse the system, and the yahoos who will put a fake ad with some porn # or whatever. That's the problem with trying to do anything, there are always a few who make it difficult for the rest.
