Actually what you could do to try to keep peace is talk to them next door and make an offer, go on e-bay and buy the shock collar and the remote. You say you have a barking dog too, can be a useful tool in training a dog to shut the f up. Yours and theres. May take a few nights but as long as you dont abuse it it will work. Just time it so that as soon as they start to bark you shock for a second. Works well with most dogs. Shave the neck where the probes go and make it tight.
If that does not work 2 xanax and a shot makes it all go away. For you I mean.
