Pay cuts are going to happen everywhere this year. Even truck drivers are taking paycuts, so its not just low voltage guys. But here is what I done. I got back into the Electrical trade and Im not far from gaining my Journeyman's liscene. After that my pay will be around $20 an hour, which in Oklahoma is damn good. There is always a need for journeyman and I've never been ripped off on my paychecks. Just make sure you guys go in on the Commercial side, considering there isn't much residentual work anymore. Just an idea.
