A class action lawsuit was filed against these companies by a group of attorneys in Memphis Tenn., representing tech's and installers performing overtime work and not being paid. Proof of OT isn't necessarry as the court will accept your word in good faith...Donati Law Firm in Memphis would be your contact if you worked for these company's in the past 2 years...and were not paid OT..
