Blonder BIDA450-50 adding Attenuators Help

Hi everyone, Im kinda new to TV Distribution, basicly I have a BIDA 450-50 amp, and there are no Attenuators on the imput of this. How do you determin the proper amount of input you need for this amp, so that you can properly pad it down to that level?
