Don't know where you are,but you said small town,you will probably need to relocate.Their are plenty of primes that will hire as a sub as long as you have a truck or the right type of van and you can walk and talk(not sure about the talking,might not be a criteria),But like some of these other guy's are saying watch your a**.Try to look into a company's back ground before you sign up with them.      GOOD LUCK !!!!!!!!
